Where To Find Us

CSPC Physiotherapy, Leeds is located in the grounds of the Village Hotel, North Leeds, at The Coach House,184 Otley Road, Leeds, LS16 5LW. Our clinic is a Grade II listed building with a limited onsite parking. The clinic is opposite a number of local shops, Up & Running and cafes. It can be accessed on foot, by car and on public transport.

As parking in our courtyard is limited, it is reserved for those with disabilities, and those with difficulty walking any distance. We kindly ask that patients park in the unrestricted street parking opposite, near the school, and behind the shops and launderette. As you then walk to the main road, Otley Road, there is a pedestrian crossing by the shops, and if you cross here, you will see a brown gate just down the hill to your right. Walk through this gate, and you will see the purple door into our courtyard. It is also possible to park in the grounds of the Village Hotel.

If you do require parking in the courtyard, turn off Otley Road as if going to the Village Hotel, take the first left turn after 50m, and pass in front of a large stately home called Spenfield House. At the fence in front of you, turn left as if going back towards the Otley Road, where you will see the clinic building.
